But do you dread the thought of sucking down eight boring glasses of the clear stuff every day?  Play a trick on your brain and drink four large cups daily instead.  You can even punch it up with some freshly squeezed lemon juice if you can't stand the bland tastelessness of h2o.  Another trick that is easy to conquer is amping up your intake of raw fruits and vegetables. Melons and apples are some of the most water-filled fruits I can think of.  So take the water challenge for a mere week and see how you feel!
